Established in 1956, Arden Crescent Rosanna Uniting Church Calisthenics Club is a warm and friendly club for children of all ages. The club is an activity of the Arden Crescent Uniting Church in Rosanna, and is open to all members aged from three years to adult.

It provides children and adults with a chance to build confidence, improve their co-ordination, flexibility and posture, and to work together in a team sport, which is unique to Australia.

Our aim is to give all members the opportunity for enjoyment as they learn new skills and contribute to their individual teams. In this way we differ from many clubs in that the work set recognises individual differences and abilities rather than aiming for a competitive standard that may be beyond some members. This allows the highest rate of participation in teams and has still for many years made the club successful in competition.
